Sennheiser is a quality brand I have always heard about. I ordered the Rs 110 and got it within two days. Got it set up with my Vizio 47 flat panel tv and they did not work very well. First off, the left can on the headset simply did not work. Second, Vizio does not have the correct audio outputs. I finally figured that I could plug them into my cable box and they worked but with a lot of buzzing and noise. Even switching channels and tuning, plus the left headset still would not work. I went back online to Amazon, was issued postage paid return documents and requested a new set which was shipped in one day on Amazon's dime.
I got the second package right away and unpacked them, plugged them in and that was it, everything worked perfectly out of the box. I did not change channels or tune the headset, just put them on, listened to very clean stereo sound with no background noise. Watched TV last night for 2 hours, the headset was comfortable and did not heat up my head. Family is happy, because we have a living room with awful acoustics. I recommend these because the price is definitely right and Amazon's customer service is what makes them a great company. My first experience with Sennheiser and I feel they have an excellent product.
