The headset showed up in excellent condition despite being refurbished. It took me a bit to figure out how where to install the batteries and how to hook up the station since they failed to send out a manual or batteries with the package. But once they were set up correctly (after some trial and error) they worked great. They have terrific range, I am able to walk 25 feet or so away from the station on a different level of our home without any sound degredation. The only reason I am giving them a four and not a five is because they failed to include the manual. I can live without batteries but not without the manual, and the manual on the current Sennheiser website does not include any instructions for the RS110.
