Cheap Sennheiser Rs110 926 Mhz Wireless Rf Headphones

So far the headphones have worked to my satisfaction. I'm on the computer a lot and also constantly wandering between 3 rooms for items or information that I need and the music I'm listening to never fades. I'm wondering why did they have to remanufactured in the first place? Did someone fall into the pool while wearing them? The componants looked new with no indication that they were remanufactured.
