I bought a refurbished pair of Sennheiser Rs110 900 Mhz Wireless Rf Headphones. The transmitter immediately started turning itself off every 5 or 10 minutes, causing whitenoise to blare from the headphones.
The manufacturer was apologetic and responsive at first. Since the headphones were still covered under the warranty, I spent $16 to ship them for repair. About a week later, I received a brand NEW pair.
Problem solved right??? No, the problem persists. There is not much to the installation and operation of these things. The volume of the audio source is loud and consistent when it happens. Has anybody found solutions to this issue???
At this point, I have to believe the on\off feature is automatic, so they can blame it on the audio source when the transmitter loses signal. Otherwise, I can't see customers DEMANDING this feature be automatic instead of using a switch. Adequate QA testing should have revealed this issue.
I emailed the manufacturer again, but now they are not so responsive.Get more detail about Sennheiser Rs110 926 Mhz Wireless Rf Headphones.
