Better than a different brand of infrared phones I used to have because now I can sit at my computer and listen to a television that is in a different room.
Lucky for me my television has a audio output that stays on even when the TV main speakers are muted. That way when my wife mutes the TV to talk on the phone (with her back-of-the-classroom school teacher voice) I can still listen to TV.
