This is my second set of Rs110 earphones (my wife appropriated the first set for bedroom use). They are easy to set up and work extremely well with excellent range. I can walk around all the rooms in my house and even outside and still get reception. I use rechargeable batteries and just keep an extra fully-charged set on hand. When the batteries get low, it is a simple 20 second operation to replace and you're back in business. The only reason I gave a 4-star rating is that they do feel a little awkward on your head, especially at first. Also, they are not especially tight and will easily fall off your head if you move around much. Overall, great headphones for the price.
