I purchased wireless headphones that unfortunately were defective. There was sound on only one side. I informed amazon of the problem and they informed me the procedures to return the item. At the time they also informed me they no longer carried the item and said they would arrange for a refund. However, when I went back to the amazon site to look for the item through other sellers, I noticed amazon was selling the same thing for a higher price, through the amazon name.
